Part of their plan is to overwhelm us with so much information that we become numb or ignore the news. Like dictators before, they expect us letting them get away with anything they want.
But we don’t have to let them.
We can each do the next right thing
The first step is to take a deep breath, like the kitties!
Then take care of yourself by doing something that feels good in your body. Maybe it’s a cup of hot tea, some aromatherapy, texting a friend, taking a bath, some yoga or watching a comedy video.
After taking a deep breath, take one small action. That’s all you have to do today.
